“Chris recently installed two large windows at my son’s home in Allen. The original windows were nearing 20 years old and had deteriorated, due to the south facing elevation. The windows were on a second floor game room and Venetian blinds and solar screens were used to help keep the sun and the heat out. After the installation of the new windows, it was unbelievable how much the windows alone kept the heat out. That second floor area was always hot in the summer and the A/C could not keep up. It’s n now not necessary to reinstall the solar screens. The room must be at least five to 10 degrees cooler.
We decided to use Chris because of good reviews from facebook and Nextdoor. His communication is excellent, he is on time, and does everything as promised. In less than four hours he removed the old windows, installed the new ones, and caulked all of the necessary areas. He even caulked some adjacent wood trim that had some cracks, and this wasn’t even his responsibility. The old windows and debris were removed and the area left clean as if he hadn’t even been there.
